Flatter to Deceive

Your main problem with supporting a team from North London is the old flattery to deceive issue. Regular followers (thanx Mum) will know that I support Spurs & Ben follows Arsenal. Flora, under interrogation, would not budge from saying she follows both teams...... Disappointing.

Now tonight Arsenal had s fairly simple task of beating an inferior team. Sadly it turned out they weren't inferior but rather more drilled, hungrier, more clinical and, in short, better by a country mile.

Still we saw some great goals and the pitch looked lovely. Further, my halftime tea was a delight and at this rate we might just make the chippy before it closes in Cockfosters.

On another positive note I may we get home before one which is handy as I have a breakfast meeting at 7. AM that is.....

Finally please tell me some of you are watching 'Bob Servant?' This weeks episode saw Bob trying to stop Frank marrying his sweetheart. The marriage dance to Bolero was as good as comedy gets. That and Arsenal's defending....
