Number three of an irregular series. Previousbike wasn't around for long enough to feature, which is a shame as the orangeyness would have set off the greeniness nicely. As well as there still being no racks on the seaward side there was a range of snow-and-ice-related products blocking access to the non-trolley-side of the trolley racks near the door, so I had to chain up to a large shelving-rack full of plants.
