Never knew it helped to wear tacky fingered gloves to quilt until recently. It feels really weird wearing them while your sewing machine is belting along, but it does help.

Decided to tackle the free motion part of my first quilt tonight. Nerve racking!! But it's done. Will study it with fresh eyes in the morning. If I don't like it, it's bloody well staying anyway, as that's way too much unpicking.
