Reflections

Went for a lovely walk in Glen Affric today, a circular route past the Dog Falls and Coire Loch and up to a viewpoint from where we had beautiful views west to the Glen Affric Hills

Spoiled for choice for today's blip but decided to go for these interesting reflections at Coire Loch. Apparently this spot is a breeding ground for rare dragonflies but we unfortunately didn't manage to catch a glimpse of any.

It was specially nice to get a walk today as it'll be the last one I'll be able to do for a wee while as tomorrow I'm having surgery to remove the metalwork from my ankle, which has been there since I broke it while hillwalking in 2010.
