Spelt and Sunflower Seed Loaf

This is by way of an experiment - saw the bread mix for this in the supermarket yesterday and couldn't resist giving it a go.Spelt has a nutty and subtly sweet taste, and I added 15ml lemon-flavoured olive oil to the mix for extra flavour. It rose well in the oven - looking good so far...
