Award Time

Possibly the worst photo I've ever blipped.

On the other hand I'm very proud of it. I spent today and the evening with Martin and Jill from my team at the Tata group European Innovista awards, We got to hear lots of great things that are happening within JLR and Tata Steel, and we got to win an award ourselves for the work we've been doing over the last few years. It is particularly rewarding because this really has been a multinational and multidisciplinary initiative.  

So, next stop Mumbai in April for the international finals.
