Coming up the Hill

7.6C (it was warmer through the night) with long sunny spells and plenty of cloud. Wind to 26 mph with gusts to 38 mph.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk after lunch. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road towards Scryne. It was windy again. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore. The trailers and bales are all gone and the I could see the ploughing of the field was under way. The tractor with plough and harrow was heading away from us, so we went down the track and picked a spot to wait for it to turn and come back up so I could catch it coming up the hill with the sea as background.

We came home along the cycle path and round in a long loop, heading into Carnoustie then up the main road before turning along for home.
