On A Rainy Afternoon.

It was pouring with rain today, so we did what any sensible pair of retired old fogeys do on a wet afternoon, and went off to the cinema, preceded by our free cup of tea and cake for John Lewis cardholders.We noticed that the place was full of pensioners, so we fitted in perfectly.
We saw The Theory of Everything. What an extraordinary film it is, well deserving the Oscar for Mr Redmayne.
Even better the rain had gone and the sky had cleared by the time we came out so when we got home I stuck my camera over the back fence and took a photo of the pink clouds over the birch trees in the field behind the house.
