Scented conservatory

One big advantage of having a north facing unheated conservatory is that the hyacinths have opened slowly and properly for the first time ever. Normally i had them on warm quite dull windowsills at the old house. The white ones are first and the smell is beautiful, much better than eau de wet muddy dog!
