Benllech Beach

Woke up with a horrible snuffly cold this morning.

It had been raining all night but the weather improved by mid-morning when I had to go to have my blood pressure checked. Surprise, surprise ... it's higher than last time, probably due to the flu said the nurse ... another appointment in a fortnight.

Took a minor detour home via the beach, the air is very cold so I'm afraid this was just a quick snap across the beach with the mainland barely visible in the far distance.

Not feeling too bright, goodnight all :-((
