Derelict Thursday : Building with tree

As we were out and about I told my kids to be on the lookout for Derelict buildings for my blip.  There was a long conversation about what constitutes Derelict... and my son says... "like if there was a tree growing OUT of the SIDE of a building?"

We decided that that was definitely Derelict.

(This building also has lots of cool broken windows and some furniture laying around the basement entrance.  I think it will probably provide lots more Derelict Thursday fodder - but today I had to feature the tree growing out of the wall.)
