A Day At A Time.

Easy Riders

After school today I took Mum for a spin in the new motor. We went to La Cala and had a coffee in Los Delphines chiringuito right on the beach.

Along came a group of girls on horseback, enjoying the warm afternoon sun as they rode along the sand.

A few small dogs, poorly controlled by their British owner, yapped at the horses' hooves, but the horses didn't kick or buck.

I think the owner must have worried the horses more with her screeching for the dogs to come back to her.

Which they didn't. I would have been mortified, but she didn't seem too bothered.

Eventually the animals went their separate ways and peace returned to the scene once more.
