Max is 5

Both Katie and my godson being at school makes skype/FaceTime to Australia quite tricky - he's at school way before she's awake, when he comes home, she's on the way to school, and he's in bed before she gets home. So we resorted to sending a photo of a picture she's made him to wish him Happy 5th Birthday. How my bestie and I are already mama's to 5year olds isn't something I entirely understand, but there you go!  

Dance after school as usual. I saw the exam work for her ballet and tap today. She looked really gorgeous doing the set dance in her ballet. She laughed a lot when her teacher picked her up and carried her round the class to show her feet during one of the jumping exercises. Laughed but held her feet beautifully the whole time. Her and her little buddy played a tell the time game after class before we headed home. She asked to go to bed and was asleep before I made it up with her milk.
