Colouring book

I have just got a photography book: "The Practice of Contemplative Photography - Seeing the World with Fresh Eyes". I think that the practice of taking a daily photo does get you looking with fresh eyes but I was intrigued by this book. It comes with assignments and the first week is colour. So for the week ahead I hope to be coming up with fresh views of colour.

I took several photos today and tried to avoid planning what would make a good photo. Fresh eyes means seeing what you notice when you're just looking and in the end this notebook was something that jumped out at me.

I hope these assignments will be as interesting for onlookers as it will be for me.
