Hotter than hell today. Having the kids around made it bearable. We all went to the Botanic Gardens for a picnic to celebrate Mama's/Grandma's birthday. We ate, blew bubbles, walked around and lounged on linens bought at the charity shop I volunteer in. We had Nardini's ice cream. Pretty perfect.

I'm going to miss the hell out of the Mad Mental Mob when they leave.
