Green Chrysanthemum and Thistles

These spectacular lime green chrysanthemums have wonderful names. 'Anastasia Green', 'Green Mist', 'Zembla Lime' and 'ZsaZsa Bellagio' are just some of the more exotic varieties. The large, single head flower per stem is produced by removing all side buds in the early stages of growth. Some people may think chrysanths are old fashioned and a bit boring, but these lime green ones are so long lasting (I've had this bouquet since 10th February) and the bright petals fit with any colour scheme and, over time, they unfurl to about twice their size.
