Judy's send off

Tonight was a great occasion to mark the end of 5 years of extraordinary leadership within our community.

Judy is leaving, not retiring, as retiring is something that won't be happening any time soon.  And for that we should all be grateful.

I have a lot to thank Judy for.  She is amazingly knowledgeable.  She is always more than happy to share this knowledge, but also to encourage everyone to be the best that they can be.  Countless people in Blackheath have flourished because of Judy's  attitude and philosophy and I count myself very lucky to be amongst this crowd.  

It's a mark of a good leader to surround themselves with a great team and so Judy has done.  

Won't stop us missing her though.
