A beautiful morning at the duck pond

What a difference from yesterday's weather - it is beautifully sunny today, and made us think that this is really spring.

I went to the hairdresser this morning and this is the duck pond opposite the hairdresser. There were people sitting on the benches enjoying the warm sunshine, although the air was still a bit cool.

Tomorrow Gavin and I are going to Morzine to see Luke. I am so excited as we have not seen him since the 4th January. It is snowing in Morzine today and still very much winter there, which I am not looking forward to now that it is warming up at home. We are only going for 2 nights, a very short visit.

So a busy morning organising meals for Adam who will be at home this weekend without us. But first we have a very exciting Jazz Concert tonight at the boys' school - the audience will sit at tables and chairs having snacks and drinks while the concert is being performed, Cabaret-style, which should be fun.
