What's in a name?

A Norman French surname carries such sense of gravitas that 'swanky' establishments all over Britain use it to add a sense of 'cachet' to their presence.
The name originally denoted 'the Master Huntsman' so it is appropriate that the current users adopt it in search of significance and credibility.
I admit that 'The Binning' carries less weight universally!
