Arriving by air

The patient on the trolley actually climbed out of the helicopter (with assistance) and was then helped onto the trolley for the ride into the department.  

I had a day of meetings today, and spotted this just as I was leaving, so I have no idea why someone with, presumably, minor injuries, needed to be flown into A&E.  Sometimes it happens because the accident happens in a remote area with poor access by road.
