The principal station of the 4 in the town and the 4th busiest station in Scotland
The 4 platforms handle passengers to/from Inverclyde and to/from Ayrshire and the many Clyde coast towns
All these lines were fully electrified in 1986 and the recent introduction of the  Class 380 trains make this one of the most modern networks in Scotland.
The blip shows a 380 leaving Platform 1 on the up line from Gourock to Glasgow Central while I was arriving at Platform 4 on the 3.04 pm Glasgow to Ayr
