Empty Threats

My last call today was a collection from the Inter-Island Quay at St. Peter Port Harbour ... I thought it was going to be yet another wet one, but luckily this very threatening cloud which was lurking over the main town of St. Peter Port, decided not to release any of it's water ... (obviously it didn't recognise me) ... :o)
