veg box friday

tonight's dinner was kind of shakshuka / heuvos rancheros (depending on which part of the world you're from) with some homemade flatbreads.

i think sakalasafari is going to eat an entire zebra when she gets back to zambia. poor girl.

i love fridays. it's the only day when i'm alone in the office and i get to catch up on all the work I haven't done in the week. it generally means a slightly less hectic day and a slow saunter to the library after work.
