Not giving a rat's arse

This cute three year old turns into the devil at 7pm every evening. He has never been a fan of going to sleep but he is now, quite frankly, taking the piss.

He gets up all the time. He often gets into his brother's bed, pokes him, and wakes him up!

This is him sitting 'not giving a rat's arse' that he's got to sit in silence rather than go to bed. 

I am taking up the trumpet when he hits thirteen and I will refuse to get lessons and I will insist on practicing at 7am outside his door every morning. Maybe I will just do the bugle call really badly ... on repeat.

These are the daydreams that keep me sane during our hour and a half battle every evening.
