Whitby

Day trip to Whitby. Lovely sunny day but breezy on the pier.

In the first cafe stop we chatted with the owner and discovered that she used to run a shop in my hometown (120 miles away).

We had a cream tea and then a sundae in the American diner....good job we did a fair bit of walking too but would probably have to run a marathon to burn off all we troughed today!!
