Water & Stone

Along the Willamette River, Northwest Portland. I had not been to and therefore not taken any photos from this location before. A lot going on and on several levels. Well established commerce, cement and railings.

Not to be confused with the on-going energy whipping through the inner city as more non-Oregonians become Portlanders, and housing and restaurants multiply. None so true as on Division Street which only slightly resembles what it did two years ago. Not necessarily bad, for there is innovative design, an emphasis on commuting local, and access to more beer.
