A bit stormy

A late blip, because of a late storm. I went on the deck to see if I could catch some lightning. The first three shots had nothing, but the fourth was luckier (I just do a long exposure and hope I get lightning in the shot – a very hit and miss technique; mostly miss!). Except that a howling gale was bearing down on me and I had to hold the legs of my tripod firmly to stop the camera from flying away! I'm amazed the image is in focus, though the tops of the trees have a lot of movement in them. I then had to rush inside, as it started raining too.
