Parkrun

There is nothing like having your photo taking after doing a 5 km walk when you are all hot and sweaty! We bumped into P and C and while we were chatting a guy asked if we were family. To this P said yes and we were his 4 wives! I am on the right. D, C and I managed a sub 60min walk today so was really pleased. Not bad for old ladies.
