Leadership awayday

Today we had a day out as a church leadership team at a church in another part of Hertfordshire.It was great to have time to spend together, time to receive input, to think and to pray, generally be together with fellow workers. One of the activities was to build a tower with Lego in groups of three where each of us had different instructions which we couldn't share..... And we weren't allowed to speak! We all did quite well but it was interesting how possible it was to interpret instructions in different ways.....!
