Ah well – no worse – no better/no worse – no change. 
-No pain – hardly any. 
-Can’t complain – no, no – mustn’t complain.
 -So much to be thankful for – no pain – hardly any. 
-Slight headache sometimes – occasional mild migraine. 
-It comes – then goes. 
-Ah yes – many mercies – great mercies – prayers perhaps not for naught.
