Carnitas

Taqueria Escobar is one of my favorite carnita stops in the central mercado.  They know my wandering ways well enough and are always ready to pose, and of course, to sell me tacos with chopped up meat..  The lady in the orange apron is the dueno (owner) of this sidewalk cafe.
