Cocktail Hour

Really late start today - shattered and a wee bit emotional. Opted for a long run before our lunch couples date which proved to be a pretty good tonic.
Picked up The Teen for a late afternoon town stroll and wandered beyond the Stonebow up hill for another drink before home.
