Balloon guy

It might be fantastic blip weather, but I seem to have managed my time quite badly and am chained to the desk finishing a funding application. So I wasn't too choosy about my blip this lunchtime. Also my computer screen was hard to see so I've changed the colour and contrast on this picture more than I probably should have done.
