Bee on Budleia

I spent much of today at work, but went out about 1 for a cuppa at a friend's house.  As I was leaving to return to work I noticed her budleia covered in honey bees and bumble bees.  As always,  I couldn't resist stopping to take photos.  

For the first time since I started taking macros, I managed to get myself stung.  It wasn't my subject that stung me, but the one I brushed up against on another flower.  Now I'm rubbing on chickweed and feeling scratchy.

Thanks so much for all your affirmations on my photo of Scarlet yesterday.  The photo itself was horribly noisy (taken inside with really high ISO), but the cute factor won out!
