Day 53 ''Yee Sang''

Yee Sang (Prosperity Toss) is a traditional dish consumed during Chinese New Year. It's a symbol for good luck, prosperity, health and all things auspicious. The custom is for everyone to toss the ingredients as high as you can, while shouting good wishes for abundant luck and happiness for all.
Ingredients include pickled ginger, carrots, radish, raw salmon, peanuts, seaseme seeds and other vegetables. Then it's laced with sweet plum sauce.
