Sundowner

A really special evening. I did the first off road run for ages with my running pals at Brighton and Hove Women's Running Club. When the evenings get lighter we head off over the Downs for our regular Thursday runs. There's no better way to end the day.

I've had a really long lay off from running due to having operations last year, so I love every run I'm doing at the moment. This one was wonderful even if we all did look like beetroots by the end. It was hot!
