Bruce-Less

This was taken at 7am when the competitors for the Olympic length of the triathlon set off from Queens Wharf heading to horseshoe beach.  I might add I walked faster than they swam (excepting the leaders) over a longer distance but then I didn't have to contend with possible Bruce encounters, currents and other swimmers who often belt each other (accidentally) in the tighter formations.

They had cancelled a harbour swim on Australia day because of Bruce so I think he has moved on somewhere else or at least is not coming in where we are.

For the first day of Autumn it was 38C here today until the storm hit this evening.  Crikey, I'm looking forward to a bit of snow.
