Sunrise and a sliced pan

The forecast was for a dry start and a swift descent from there, so I got up early and headed over to Rosscarbery for the sunrise with a sliced pan in the backseat to tempt a few birds. I located a few bread sluts and undisturbed by wind or rain had a pleasant half hour in the quiet half-light and birdsong. Back home and shortly afterwards there was lightning, thunder and hail. So happy I went early, there's a few birds gently burping a few miles west of here after their early breakfast and there's the rugby later. Come on Ireland! :)
