A delightful morning

This morning I went on a bird watching cruise on the River Exe and these are one of many species of bird we saw, the Avocet, famous as the RSPB emblem. We were extremely lucky with the weather today, a lovely sunny day. I feel priviledged to have been able to see such a varied selection of birds which overwinter down here in the West Country.
