Orienteering today in Cawthorne Woods South Yorkshire. The gales passed through during the night but there was a strong wind and odd squally shower.

As we walked to registration I noticed a Hockey tournament and could not resist trying my hand at some action shots. Hockey dominated my youth before meeting my husband through orienteering.

The run......rather brambly and my technique a little rusty as there have not been many events recently. Although the fitness work skiing and biking did help me keep going.
