Cafe Culture ?

No takers today for the outdoor dining experience in St. George's Square, Hebden Bridge.  Normally quite a busy, bustling square, today's weather - cold and wet - seems to have deterred the tourists.  Maybe the Hebden Bridge climate is not ideal for the Cafe Culture.
