Making a change

There was really not much left in the "pantry" after I'd removed grains, legumes, most of the sugary foods and other packaged items not suitable for the change in lifestyle I've been contemplating and preparing.  I did try it out for a few weeks last summer but I think I should give it some more time to feel the full benefits.  Anyone out there who's tried it?  Now I'm trying to decide if it's better to ease into it or just dive right in to the Whole30?
