Still feeling like I have legs of lead.  Have heard this bug lasts 2 weeks.

Got rid of a desk, shelf units and some kitchen cupboards using Freecycle. What an excellent system. People come and collect your junk so you do not have to take it to the tip !  Ready for a make over in the utility room and study tomorrow
