Sunday Teatime

Oh, I wish I could Blip the smell in my kitchen! 

We had nephew Taylor staying last night, and this morning he had a nice long lie before finishing off a plate of last night's Bolognese for breakfast (Ugh!).  G took him home, and headed on up to Forfar to visit some friends to do a wee job for them.

While he was away I played with my new toy - a steam mop/cleaner.  Wow!  My sis has one, and told me they were amazing, but I thought it was unlikely I'd be impressed.  However a local Factory Shop was selling them at a discount, and I thought it was worth £39 to try it out.  So glad I did, because  I LOVE IT! 

Floors are now superclean, and I gave the carpets a quick whizz round with it, and the pile has perked up no end!  Have nipped out and bought another one for my wee dochter in Fife, it will save her hours of housework time. 

Now I'm sitting in the kitchen while the chicken curry is bubbling away on the stove, and G and Rocky are snoozing in the livingroom.  Paul is playing Rumer on Radio 2.

Sometimes life is just really good. 

And here we go for the first week of March.  Where the heck did February go?
