"Free Musketeers"

What a day!

GravyC stayed up until the early hours to grab 4 Snowdon race places ( successfully), then we were up and out early for the Eastbourne Half Marathon. Noo and I were supporters and GravyC was running. We were a bit worried when he didn't appear at the 8 mile mark 10 minutes past the expected time. We turned and retraced our steps and found him hobbling!! He'd done something fairly catastrophic to his calf!!! :-(

We had a few chores to do on the way home, and Noo was embarrassingly naughty in public! So, we bundled him into the car and he promptly fell asleep........for over 2 hours!! We parked up at a "flayground" and also indulged in a snooze.

I ran home from there. Only 10k as I can now do longer runs midweek :-)

Noo practised his swordsmanship on me in the bath (I was scared!!!!!) before challenging GravyC and ZQ to a 'full on' Free Musketeer sword fight. GravyC was surprised that one of his opponents used bottom biting as a distraction........
