With all the recent rain parts of the local park flooded, evidence of the remnants of which can still be seen in the near distance, courtesy of the stream at the bottom of the photo.

The flooding has been so bad here in the past that the footpath I stood on to take this photo has been under a good foot of water at least.

The water is now returning to it's normal level, and there are obvious signs of Spring in the park such as trees budding :-)
