Spring is in the air

During my walk this morning I came across a two swans who had paired up, a Coot who had already made a nest and finally this pair of Great Crested Grebes who appear to have started their courtship. Unfortunately I could not get a better photo of them than this one before they swam off.

It was very windy this morning which made it very difficult to hold the camera steady. The wind also made it feel quite chilly.
