Sweet little one

This little girl has such an amazingly bright smile. She's seems to be a happy soul. Her mom and dad always gaze on her lovingly. She has an older brother and dad really interacts with him wonderfully as well. They look almost perfect, but looks are deceiving. What you don't see is this little one has been operated on twice. The closest I can discern is that she has hip dysphasia. The pins in the first surgery broke so they had to do another surgery. She will not be able to have another surgery.
