High time at the Raffles!
Really spoilt ourselves today with a High Tea at the Raffles Hotel in the Tiffin Room.
It is very popular with tourists and you need to book a fair way ahead. Can understand why.
A fusion of an impressive range of hot and cold Asian/Indian/English dainties served with lots of tea and coffee and French champagne. Near where we were sitting was a Chinese girl playing a large harp (if you look carefully you can see her in the left hand foto above).
Two things I would like to take up after such an experience - learning to play the harp and drinking Billecart-Salmon champagne. I think the second might be far easier and much more achievable (and more fun)!
If you want to get hitched in Singapore, how about the Raffles gardens - see foto on bottom right corner with then drinks around the fountain.
