Saturday Brunch
Despite our best efforts to make a menu, grocery shop accordingly, and not waste food, we end up with surplus every week. Of course, it's not all bad. A pork tenderloin that was about to spoil, I cooked in beer, onions, garlic, and cumin, and Spencer used it in delicious huevos rancheros, which we had for an at-home brunch. Personally, I think it was more delicious than anything we would have had going out to eat.
